When ordering your Wigs, please be patient for making wigs do take time. Our wigs are machine made & Hand made.
PRE-ORDER(MADE TO ORDER/CUSTOM UNITS) Can take 7-25 business days to process & once that is done it’ll be shipped through USPS Priority Mail (2-3) shipping/business days. WE PROVIDE THE HAIR! This service allows you to choose a wig on our website and have it customized just for you. The wig is made exactly the way you see it on our website but, customized to fit your exact head shape. When ordering a (Made to order wig) please keep in mind that we will need certain information from you like Head Measurements. The unit will most likely come with an elastic band and combs.
Wig Construction/Hair Provided Wigs - This service is for those that are providing their own hair extensions/bundles and would like a wig made. If, you’re local (In the area and/or same city) then, it will take (1-3) business days to construct. If, you are not local (not in the area or city) it will take 7-25 business days. (Depending on how fast we receive your bundles & the time to make the wig).Once the wig is made it will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail (2-3)shipping/business days. This service allows you to provide your own hair extensions, frontals & closures. With this service you will only receive the following: Made on a Canvas for your head size, Styled(flat ironed or curled)Plucking , Bleached Knots and an Elastic Band.

Please be sure to track your packages using your TRACKING NUMBERS. C. Hair Studio will NOT be responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages. If needed please contact your local post office(USPS) and request that they hold your package at their facility. (This is at your own discretion) C. Hair Studio will NOT be held accountable for stolen or lost packages.

Hair Extensions/Bundles- Once your order has been placed a confirmation email will be sent out shortly after. Processing time for your order begins. Our processing time is 2-25 business days (Weekends & Holidays EXCLUDED) After, processing time you should receive an email stating, that your order has now been fulfilled. Your TRACKING NUMBER will be available to you.(Check your order status using your tracking number) Order will be shipped through USPS within (1-3 Business days).
